Do I have to pay for Taxes and Customs Duties?
We pay in advance almost all customs duties for many destinations in the world. (for example US, UK And Germany) In some cases, depending on the destination and on the items purchased, taxes and duties may be charged to recipient. But don't worry , if necessary we'll mark the package as "gift" on the waybill , and declare low value , thus even if you're asked to pay tax , you just pay a little .
How long does it take for delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 1-2 work days if all items in your order are in stock . The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. EMS shipping normally takes 7-10 work days .
What should the customer do for the shipment?
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable . All packages must be signed for. If no one is home, your local post office will hold your package for only a few days. If you DO NOT claim your package in a timely matter, your package will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for packages not claimed and returned to us. We provide Tracking/Confirmation numbers for that reason .
What if I don't get my order in more than 10 days?
Then, it may mean that there will be a delay with your order. Either we may not have your item in stock or there may be a problem with the information provided by you. In that case, please reach our customer service and check your order with one of our reps.
No Sales Tax
Our product is directly form the manufacture. When checking out you will see the regular price with no tax.
When will my order be shipped?
We pride ourselves on shipping your order quickly. 99% of in-stock orders leave our
warehouse within one business day. But if some items in your order are out of stock , we'll send you an email about it .We ask you to change other items .

Where will my order ship from?
Most orders ship from our main warehouse located in ShangHai or Hongkong , China. Occasionally items are sent directly from a manufacturer's warehouse.
How will my order be shipped?
For all physical addresses, we use EMS and DHL services. Wherever you are, we will ship to you.
